Vegetable & Ham Pesto Salad
Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds ham, cubed (you can leave this out if you want to make it vegetarian)
- 8 ounces small mozzarella balls, cut in half
- 8 ounces pitted Kalamata olives
- 2 pints cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 12 ounces small broccoli florets
- 1 yellow bell paper, large dice
- 1 orange bell pepper, large dice
- 1 cup pesto
- Combine and mix all ingredients, then add pesto and mix through.
