Pimento Cheese Jalapeno Poppers
A fun twist on Pimento Cheese and Jalapeno Peppers! Perfect for Derby Day or any time of the year. I’m looking forward to our jalapeño plants yielding lots of peppers this year so we can make these on repeat! Save this recipe so you can too!
Ingredients
- 12 large jalapeños, cut in half, seeds & veins removed
- 2 cups shredded extra-sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 - 4 ounce jar of pimentos, drained
- 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients, mix until combined & creamy. Add salt & pepper to taste.
- Stuff each jalapeño half with cheese mixture. Bake at 425 for about 15 minutes until cheese is slightly browned. Serve & enjoy!
