Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 4 cups rolled oats (not instant)
- 4 cups almond milk
- ½ cup chia seeds
- 3 Tbs maple syrup
- 1 Tbs vanilla extract
- 1 Tbs cinnamon
- 1 tsp sea salt
- Mix together in a large bowl. Chill in the fridge for a few hours or overnight. Portion up and add toppings. I like sliced bananas and blueberries. You can add your favorite fruit or nuts.
