Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 4 cups rolled oats (not instant)
  • 4 cups almond milk
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 3 Tbs maple syrup
  • 1 Tbs vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbs cinnamon
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • Mix together in a large bowl. Chill in the fridge for a few hours or overnight. Portion up and add toppings. I like sliced bananas and blueberries. You can add your favorite fruit or nuts.
